A safe space for personal growth and healing. Together, we will explore new paths toward a fulfilling and self-determined life.
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation offers space for a first personal meeting. You can share what has led you to seek psychotherapy, what issues are currently on your mind, and what expectations or goals you may have.
Together, we’ll explore whether a therapeutic collaboration feels right for you — without obligation, in a safe and confidential setting. Most importantly, you should feel comfortable and secure.
Psychotherapeutic Treatment
In our therapeutic work, I offer you a safe and trusting space where you can express your thoughts and feelings openly – without judgment and at your own pace.
The goal is to develop new perspectives together and take steps toward a fulfilling and self-determined life.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is legally protected and forms the foundation of a strong, trusting relationship. Everything you share during therapy is treated with strict confidentiality – your privacy and protection come first.
About Me
I was born in 1993 and live in Vienna with my family. I grew up in an international environment and attended bilingual schools, where classes were held in both German and English.

Since mid-2025, I have been supporting individuals in private practice in Vienna’s 7th district – with a particular focus on psychotherapeutic work with adolescents and adults.

Existential Analysis – The Path to a Meaningful Life
Existential Analysis is a humanistic psychotherapy method based on the principles of Logotherapy developed by Viktor Frankl and further advanced by Alfried Längle. It views the person as a whole, emphasizing freedom and responsibility — with the goal of finding a meaningful, authentic life.
Everything can be taken from a person but one thing: the last of the human freedoms — to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances.
The Four Core Principles of Existential Analysis
Meaning
Discovering your personal life meaning and values as the foundation for a fulfilling life.
Personal Responsibility
Strengthening the ability to make conscious decisions and take responsibility for your own life.
Freedom
Recognizing your choices even in difficult life situations.
Growth
Developing your personality and unfolding your individual potential.
Who can benefit from Existential Analysis?
- People in life crises and transition phases
-
For feelings of meaninglessness or emptiness
-
To strengthen personality and resilience
-
When facing difficult decisions
-
To develop authentic relationships
